Our Staff
The executive leadership of Archventures is handled by the following individuals:
 | Steve Cote, Executive Director. In 2005, Steve worked in Chicago to understand systems that generate homelessness and he helped organize more than 100 nonprofit organizations at the Chicago Continuum of Care. In 2006, Steve moved to Boston and devoted his life to understanding young adult street life. After working at both an intervention drop-in center and a prison pre-release center, today he is working to bring together builders and architects who are ready to work with these individuals. steve@archventures.org |

Michael VanZandt Collins, Deputy Director/Community Coordinator. After graduating from Boston College as a student of social ethics, Michael spent several years teaching at North Cambridge Catholic High School – an urban Catholic school in the Cristo Rey network. In the last election cycle, he worked throughout Columbus, Ohio as an organizer with Obama for America. As a part of Archventures, he is eager to build coalitions to tackle the environmental and social challenges facing Boston’s neighborhoods. mike@archventures.org |

Daniel Rodriguez, Officer of Finance and Development. Daniel's interest in community housing improvements spans the 12+ years he has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, during which time he has raised over $5,000 and traveled to several Midwestern states and Rivas, Nicaragua. After graduating from Harvard with a degree in Economics, he worked for a boutique strategy consulting firm in Boston for clients such as Harley Davidson, GIA and Royal Caribbean. He currently works for a private equity fund-of-funds in Boston, and volunteers with the Big Brothers program. daniel@archventures.org |

Nadeem Mazen, Manager of Marketing and Media. Nadeem comes to Archventures with an M.S. from MIT. His strong interest in the non-profit sector started with his work consulting with the One Laptop Per Child association in Rwanda. Nadeem has helped create promotional campaigns for Virsona and MAS Boston, and he is the founder of RealAnalytic, a company which specializes in market data collection and analysis with a focus on the web 2.0 space. nadeem@archventures.org |

John Uchill, Web Development Manager. John has had strong interest in the nonprofit sector for years before teaming up with Archventures. John joined Archventures after two years of System Administrating at Dream Realization Media, a startup dedicated to helping individuals come together to achieve their dreams. He is a current student at the Boston University School of Management, and he maintains Archventures' webserver and technical operations. john@archventures.org |
